Terms of Service

Last updated: April 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website goamplion.com and any services provided by Phillip Brochu, operating as AMPLION ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietorship based in Quebec, Canada.

By booking a call, submitting a contact form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AMPLION provides web design, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and related digital services for home services contractors. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon in writing (email or proposal) before any work begins.

2. The Free Demo

We offer a no-obligation demo website built using your real business information before any payment is required. By requesting a demo, you agree to:

The demo remains the intellectual property of AMPLION until a paid engagement begins.

3. Pricing and Payment

4. 30-Day Results Guarantee

If within 30 days of your site going live you are not satisfied with the results, we will work with you to address the issues at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve them to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund of the one-time build fee.

The guarantee applies to the build fee only and does not cover monthly retainer fees already rendered. "Results" refers to the quality, performance, and functionality of the website as delivered — not to business outcomes such as revenue or lead volume, which depend on factors outside our control.

5. Monthly Retainer

The monthly retainer ($499/month) covers hosting, SSL, security updates, and up to 2 change requests per month. This is a month-to-month agreement with no lock-in contract.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMPLION's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
